We know the value of a satisfied client.  I want your home to be a personal reflection of you and also a home of timeless beauty and character.  I will work hard to exceed your expectations.” Kyle Granholm President   More about Kyle: Kyle holds a Masters degree in Business.  He graduated from the University of Wisconsin Graduate School of Business in 1989.  He worked for accounting and financial planning firms before pursuing real estate and construction on a full time basis in the mid 1990s.  He is a licensed General Contractor and a licensed Real Estate Broker.  He is trained in AutoCad design, with over 14 years of experience in the Design/Build business.  His multi-disciplined background and education gives him an unusual combination of quantitative, analytical and creative skill.  He has initiated and executed the entire development process, from land acquisition to building occupancy, for many residential communities.  He has designed and built high-end speculative homes, as well as custom homes and many remodeling projects.
